Wheat based with a good portion of rye to create a lovely earthy flavour. Rye brings a new set of nutritional qualities and it is sourdough's best friend - it activates the sourdough like no other grain. Approximately 1kg.

Ingredients: rye*, wheat*, stoneground white flour*, spring water*, unrefined sea salt*.
