Cannellini Beans Canned



Beans are a protein powerhouse  each variety having its own unique colour, size and flavour. Canned Beans are pantry favourite that can be used for salads, bean paste such as Humus through to a meat substitute. This bean is an Italian favourite and is a good source of magnesium, fibre, iron and folate. Their silky texture, mild creamy flavour and versatility make them a store cupboard essential. They hold their shape well, so are perfect in slow cooked stews. To add depth and creaminess to a risotto, simply add a can of Cannellini beans half way through cooking and finish with Parmesan and black pepper.
