Soft Dried Blackcurrants

Infused with Apple Juice.  Blackcurrants are well known for their proven health benefits. They have 2 x more potassium then bananas, 4 x more vitamin C then oranges and 2 x more anti-oxidants than blueberries. Clinical trials have found they have a positive effect on recovering sports injuries and arthritis due to the presence of extremely high levels of anti-oxidants which have an anti-inflammatory effect similar to pain killers. They are also being investigated for probable effects against cancer and asthma.

Viberi Organic Blackcurrants are grown in an organic certified orchard next to Pleasant Point, about two hours south of Christchurch. The area is famous for its high quality Blackcurrants containing some of the highest levels of anthocyanins (a type of anti-oxidant) in the world.
